Spartans Play Improves, But Suffers 24-8 Defeat

Things were better overall this past Friday, September 30, when the Greenbrier East Spartans traveled to Morgantown to take on the University Hawks. Unfortunately for the Spartans, the outcome was still the same as they fell 24-8 in their third consecutive road loss.

Greenbrier East Golf Team Has Impressive Showing at Elk's Club

The Greenbrier East High School Gold Golf team finished first out of eight teams at the Lewisburg Elk's Club front nine, par 34. The low three scores were totaled. The three-man team total was 104.

Lack of Offense Dooms Spartans In Season Opener

The Greenbrier East High School golf team took six players to the Raven Golf Course at Snowshoe on Wednesday, August 17, but after playing one hole, play was canceled due to severe lightning.
