Clifton Loudermilk

Clifton E. Loudermilk, 93, of Clintonville,WV, died Friday, December 28, 2018 at Meadow Garden Nursing Home in Rainelle, WV.

He was born on April 14, 1925, in Clintonville, to the late Everett and Luella Hayslette Loudermilk.

He was of Baptist faith, a World War II Navy veteran, and a crane operator for Johnson Lime Stone. He enjoyed gardening, spending time with family, and logging timber.

He was preceded in death by wife, Rose Marie Gregg Loudermilk; and brothers, James, Clayton, and Bernard.

Survivors include his son, Chester of Clintonville; and special grand-daughter, Lindsey Sears of Clintonville.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at McCraw Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ray Propps officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery on Flint Hollow Road in Clintonville.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of service, Wednesday, at the funeral home.

McCraw Funeral Home in Lewisburg is in charge of arrangements.
