He was born March 27, 1958, in Ronceverte, WV, and was the son of Lawrence Braye Sr. and Victoria Coleman.

George Louchlin MacKinnon,75, took his ethereal flight peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, August 3, 2018, in Lewisburg, WV.

George was a dedicated husband, father, friend, storyteller and Mr. Fix Anything. George, or Pops, was born on July 24, 1943, and spent his childhood in Norfolk, CT. He served overseas in Vietnam in the United States Air Force and worked tirelessly as an aircraft mechanic for U.S. Airways for 30 years.

Frankie was born April 30, 1967, in Fairlea, WV, and was the son of Frances Marie Early Samuels of South Charleston, WV, and the late Calvin Leroy White Sr.

Kenneth "Kenny" Louis McCutcheon, 63, of Lee's Summit, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at St. Luke's East from heart complications.

Kenny was born September 21, 1954, in Ronceverte, WV. He graduated from Belton High School in 1973. He was a Building Engineer - Plant Services for North Kansas City Hospital.

Sally Ann Dixon, 72, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018, at the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea, WV.

Sally was born December 13, 1945, in Ronceverte and was the daughter of "LC" Lonnie Clarence and Agnes Henrietta Forren Kelly.

William "Bill" Mohler

William E. "Bill" Mohler passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Bill was born on October 18, 1937, in Salt Sulphur, WV.

Bill was a career military veteran who served a total of 27 years in the U.S. army branch. His service sent him all over the world, including two tours in Vietnam and Germany with the 82nd Airborne Special Forces. He received many commendations in his career, including bronze star with oak cluster. Upon his discharge, he came back home to Monroe County.

Donald Lee Howard, 81, of Jacksboro, TN, formerly of Alderson, WV, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018.

He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Caryville, TN, a U.S. Navy veteran, and retired from Pepsi Cola in Hamilton, OH.
