Michael Lewis Bostic, 65, of Organ Cave, WV, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at the Peyton Hospice House in Fairlea, WV.
Michael was born in Ronceverte, WV, on January 11, 1953, to Earl Lewis and Hilda Joyce Morgan Bostic.
He spent many years as a truck driver, driving for Coca-Cola, Swift, and Sheets. Before his life on the road, he worked for Crawford's as store manager, and for Radford Arsenal.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Lynne "Sally" Walker Bostic; son, Michael Shane Bostic; and brothers, Matthew Bostic and Mark Bostic.
Survivors include sisters, Donna Joyce White (Bill) of Easley, SC, and Michelle Reed (Wesley) of Ronceverte; brother, Mitchell Bostic of Ronceverte; nephews, Justin Bostic, Cameron Reed and Will White; and great-niece and nephew, Harper and Wyatt Bostic.
There will be a visitation for family and friends to gather at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte on Friday, January 4, 2019, from 6-8 p.m., with a brief service to follow by Ben Reed.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated after the visitation.
