Milton Dean Serreno, 64, of Alderson, WV, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017, at his home.
Born December 20, 1952, at Charleston, WV, he was a son of Albert Frank and Virginia Lea Taylor Serreno.
Dean was of the Baptist faith and was a foreman for WV Paving.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Cain Serreno (2007); brother, Albert C. "Sonny" Serreno; and sisters, Norma Gilkeson and Tammy Bennett.
Survivors include daughter, Amanda Serreno of Alderson; sons, Duane Steep of Alderson, Nathan Dean Serreno of Roanoke, VA, and Austin Serreno of Ronceverte, WV; one stepdaughter, Ashley Vallandingham of Los Angeles, CA; foster son, Adam Smith of Lewisburg, WV; significant other, Teresa Bennett of Los Angeles; grandchildren, Megan and Keylee Steep, Ethan Serreno, Gabrial Cain Serreno, Joshua Conley Serreno, and Tyler Lee Meadows; sisters, Kay McCallister of Elyria, OH, Connie Brecke of Sheridan, WY, and Bonnie McConnell of Princeton, WV; and brothers, Grant Serreno of Martinsburg, WV, Doug Serreno of San Antonio, TX, and Allen Serreno of Martinsburg.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Friday, November 10, 2017, at Lantz Funeral Home in Alderson with Pastors Eddie Harris and Greg Lockridge officiating. Burial will follow in the Gwinn Cemetery near Meadow Bridge, WV.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Thursday, November 9, at the funeral home in Alderson.
