Lewisburg Vandalism Culprit Arrested

The suspect who was videotaped vandalizing The Garden Restaurant (also known as Stella's) in Lewisburg on the night of July 6 and morning of July 7 has been arrested.

U.S. Attorney General Booth Goodwin announced today that a defendant appeared before U.S. District Judge Irene C. Berger on drug charges in federal court in Beckley.

The Greenbrier Announces Change To Roster For Third Annual Tennis Classic

The Greenbrier has announced that rising pro tennis star Ryan Harrison will replace Tommy Haas, who has had to withdraw due to a recent shoulder injury, in the roster for this year's Greenbrier Champions Tennis Classic on September 20-21.

Winningest Coach In State History To Be Commemorated

A group of men were present at Monday's Ronceverte City Council meeting to address agenda item "Loudin Delegation" and with it bring something positive to the community. Howard M. "Toddy" Loudin is the winningest coach in all of West Virginia history, and according to his friend Barry Wise, who represented the cause, Loudin has always considered Ronceverte his home.
