Yesterday's Harts Run Vehicle Accident Is Part Of Larger Trend

The intersection in Harts Run witnessed its third accident in less than a month on Monday afternoon. The two-car accident occurred around 3:20 PM in front of the Exxon station.

Woman Arrested After Attempting To Steal Safe

A Frankford woman was arrested Sunday, June 8, after attempting to steal a safe from a local business. Carol Marie Bauchinger, 24, is charged with the felony offense of unlawful entry of a building and the misdemeanor offense of petit larceny.

Two Sentenced For Meth-Related Crimes

Airport Funding Announced

U.S. Rep Nick Rahall, top Democrat on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, has announced that the Federal Aviation Administration has awarded $1.3 million to enhance airfield infrastructure at three airports in southern West Virginia.
