Wounded Warriors Get Motorcycle Escort To Lewisburg On Way To Classic

A troop of motorcyclists will part the sea of golf enthusiasts and concertgoers tomorrow to escort wounded soldiers, Marines and sailors to Lewisburg for The Greenbrier Classic, Maroon 5 concert and Fourth of July fireworks.

State Fair Exhibitor Entry Deadlines Approaching

Entries for exhibits at the 2014 State Fair of West Virginia are rapidly approaching. The deadline for paper entries is Tuesday, July 8, at 12 PM, and the deadline is Friday, July 11, at 12 PM for online entries. This includes both livestock and home arts and garden entries.

Judge Richardson Takes Oath Of Office For 11th Judicial Circuit Court

Robert E. Richardson donned the robes of his new appointment as the circuit judge of the 11th Judicial Circuit Court for Greenbrier and Pocahontas counties to the applause of a full courtroom in Lewisburg on Tuesday, July 1.

Watson Given Exemption

Judges Ruling Discharges NRCTC Foundation From Liability In Pool Case

Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick III of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, has granted the interpleader motion filed by the New River Community College Foundation in the case involving a contested $1 million given to the college by the County Commission to renovate a swimming pool in the Arts and Sciences Building located on the Greenbrier Valley Campus in Lewisburg.
