New Orleans Saints 2013 Review And Look At Upcoming 2014 Season

This week, NFL training camps will be underway all over the country in preparation for the new season that is quickly approaching. This marks the first year Greenbrier County wil host one of its own, as the NFC South's New Orleans Saints make the trek to the Mountain State today in preparation for their first practice in White Sulphur Springs this Friday. Adkins Sentenced

Owen Otis Adkins, 31, of Quinwood, went before Circuit Court Judge Robert Richardson for sentencing Tuesday, July 22. According to the Greenbrier County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Adkins was sentenced to two to 10 years in a state penintentiary for Count I, operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. He was also fined $5,000.

Update On White Sulphur Springs Robbery

On Tuesday, July 22, at approximately 12:55 AM, members of the Greenbrier County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery at Lewee's, located on U.S. Route 60 East in White Sulphur Springs.

Greenbrier Unveils New Orleans Saints' Training Facility Monday

White field markers were still being painted on the practice fields Monday morning when members of the press arrived for an early peek into the new training facility for the New Orleans Saints, just days ahead of the opening of the 2014 Training Camp Presented by Verizon on Thursday, July 24.

Ronceverte Man Arrested For Breaking And Entering

A Ronceverte man was arrested Monday morning for stealing items from the home of three people who were recently arrested on felony drug charges.

White Sulphur Business Robbed Monday

An armed robbery took place in the early morning hours on Monday, July 21, at a business in White Sulphur Springs. Officials with nonemergency 911 said Lewees robbed around 1 AM.
