Battle of Dry Creek Coming To Greenbrier State Forest

The annual Civil War re-enactment of the Battle of Dry Creek will be held at the Greenbrier State Forest on August 15-17. This year's battle will commemorate the Battle of Dry Creek which occurred on August 26-27 in 1863 near the intersection of Route 92 and U.S. Route 60 on the east end of White Sulphur Springs.

WVSOM Introduces Clock Tower As Part Of 15-Year Plan

The site of heavy equipment on the school's campus kickstarted a plan three years in the making, stirring excitement with WVSOM board members, but leaving many in the surrounding community with questions.

Ozell Brown is full of smarts and is all speed. At only 11 years old, Brown has won over five titles in just three short years in National and International Hot Rod Association drag races. The amount of seconds to get down the track for a win is 8.90, and Brown is having a blast.
