Quinwood Man Who Plead Guilty To Arson And Murder Attempts To Withdraw Plea

A Quinwood man who plead guilty to arson and murder in April of 2013 is attempting to withdraw his plea. Harvey Lee Davis Jr., 36, had previously admitted to starting the fire which claimed the life of Dennis McKay Williams in his Leslie home on April 9, 2013.

Fifteen Added To Roll Of Honor At Greenbrier Youth Camp

Observing the 60th anniversary of overnight camping at the Greenbrier Youth Camp at Anthony, the first board of trustees' honor luncheon was held June 22 in the dining room of the camp. Fifteen supporters of the camp, past and present, were named to the Roll of Honor for the camp, brining a total of 47 now on the roll.

Duck Dynasty Stars To Visit Greenbrier Classic

Willie Robertson and Jase Robertson, brothers and stars of the hit A&E show, "Duck Dynasty," will be playing in the Pro-Am golf tournament during The Greenbrier Classic, which takes place the week of June 30-July 6.

Rainelle Man Arrested For Possession Of Meth

A Rainelle man has been charged with the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance (narcotic) with intent to deliver after being pulled over near Charmco by Cpl. D.J. Hinkley with the Greenbrier County Sheriff's Department.
