One Person Left Dead Following Monroe County Altercation, Shooting

A shooting left one person dead in Monroe County on Sunday, November 25. A suspect has been identified and interviewed by police.

On Sunday, Cpl. J.R. Baker of the Union detachment of the West Virginia State Police was dispatched to a residence in Ballard in response to an altercation in progress which included reports of a shooting.
