A potential deal has been reached between union leaders and Governor Jim Justice's team to end the ongoing teacher walkout on Tuesday, February 27. In addition, a task force will be assembled immediately to resolve issues with Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) in conjunction with the current freeze on rate changes in state employee health insurance plans, which lasts through July 1, 2019.
