Statements Made By PPD Of WV One Rebuked During Greenbrier County Commission Meeting

Controversy around the proposed Sam Black biomass plant continued in an information gathering meeting of the Greenbrier County Commission Tuesday, February 7.

In a January 23 general meeting of the Greenbrier County Commission, Jason Perry of PPD of WV One laid out plans for the plant and addressed questions residents submitted before the meeting. Perry's answers, however, seemed to provoke more questions from residents, including Kirby Funderburke and Houston Adkins.
