A parked vehicle and its two unconscious passengers in the lot of the New Pickaway Store prompted a local to call the Monroe County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, January 30.
Deputy B. McCormick was dispatched and approached the white Subaru Outback, which was still running. According to a press release from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Jason Tucker was slumped over in the driver's seat and Angela Battaile on the passenger side. A digital scale and a small plastic green container with individual bags typically used for distributing crystalline controlled substances were present in the vehicle.
