Lonnie Lee Garcia, 37, of Rainelle, was arrested on Thursday, September 11, at 7:45 PM, after a complaint was made that he was obtaining a firearm while being a convicted felon.

Robberies Reported Around Smoot Area

Burglaries in and around the Smoot area may or may not be connected to each other. According to Sr. Trooper W.S. Snyder of the Rainelle Detatchment of the West Virginia State Police, robberies have been confrirmed in the Smoot, Dawson and Grassy Meadows area.
