Board Of Education Hears Presentation On Transparent Finances, Greenbrier West Community Speaks For Coaching Candidate

The Greenbrier County Board of Education held their July meeting at the county board offices on Chestnut Street for what is likely the final time. Barring special meetings, the board plans to hold their next meeting in their new location at New River Community and Technical College.

The board heard updates from West Virginia State Auditor John B. McCuskey on a new option for financial transparency and from citizens of the Meadow River Valley concerning a coaching applicant for Greenbrier West High School.
