Lewis' Sentence For Embezzlement Adjusted To Home Incarceration After Medical Issues

A man convicted of embezzlement by a fiduciary returned to Greenbrier County Circuit Court on Tuesday, January 29, in order to request a new sentence based on medical needs.

In February 2017, Jeffrey Lewis was found guilty of one felony offense of embezzlement by a fiduciary before Circuit Court Judge Robert E. Richardson.
