It's that time of the year again - local postmen are braving the cold for charity and have held off switching to long pants for the iwnter. Only two contenders remain, Nathan Good and Bernie Holliday.
The contest started with alocal business owner offering a prize to the mail carrier who could wear shorts longest through the dead of winter. Over the years, it evolved into a fundraiser, with money froned by other local businesses going to a charity chosen by the winner. Many donate to local charities, such as Children's Home Society, or to charities that support disease research.
