Lions Clubs Offer Annual Christmas Tree Sales, Foster Holiday Traditions

Anyone looking to buy their Christmas tree from the Lewisburg Lions Club may be disappointed. The club's annual Christmas tree sale had far more traffic than usual, in a year that happens to be the sale's 40th anniversary.

The Lewisburg Lions Club opened their tree sales on Friday, November 30, with 265 Fraser fir and white pine trees ready for the holidays. Sales usually run shomewhere around two and a half weeks, when the club typically runs out of trees.
