Rupert Man Arrested For Brandishing, Assault, More

Delmas Ray Parsons Jr., 48, of Rupert, has been arrested following alleged threats made in Rupert.

On Tuesday, November 6, Senior Trooper M.T. Bynum was dispatched to Rupert, in response to an assault. Bynum made contact with the caller, who identified Parsons and reported that he had come to the caller's residence and approached the caller "with a large knife in a threatening manner." The caller advised that Parsons should leave the property.
