Elder Care Theft Case Gets Guilty Plea

A former home health worker took a plea deal on Tuesday, October 10, before Greenbrier County Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Dent, admitting to stealing from an elderly woman placed in her care.

Donna Eagle, 54, of Fairlea was indicted in February for the felony offense of financial exploitation of an elderly person in excess of $1,000, and recently agreed to a plea deal that would convict her of the offense.
