White Sulphur Springs City Council Considers Fowl Banning Ordinance

The first reading of an ordinance which would potentially ban White Sulphur Springs residents from keeping livestock, chickens, or ducks on their property passed with qualifications during City Council's regular meeting on Monday, September 10.

The first reading of this ordinance was initially delayed during City Council's August meeting after Dan Nuckols, a White Sulphur Springs resident, spoke out against it.
