Lewisburg Hires Next City Administrator

An information packed meeting of the Lewisburg City Council saw the confirmation of Lewisburg Mayor John Manchester stepping down as city administrator at the end of the current fiscal year on Tuesday, August 21.

The city addressed a wide variety of topics, including the hiring of Manchester's successor, the passage of the first reading of an ordinance updating the City Charter, a new piano donation, awards given to the city, sidewalk project updates, and equipment purchases in several city departments.
