The regular meeting of the Greenbrier County Board of Education took place on Tuesday, August 14, at the county board offices.
The meeting was called to order and a time out for applause was called to allow for a presentation on the effect of the American Heart Association's student involvement and fundraising programs given by Jennifer Good, the new Youth market Director for the area. She discussed funds raised in Greenbrier County and goals for next year's AHA programming in schools.
