Greenbrier County Commission Hires Attorney Barry Bruce, Considers Options In Ongoing Pool Dispute

Hosting the regular Tuesday, July 10, meeting in the commission's old quarters downstairs in the courthouse, the Greenbrier County Commission discussed potential pool litigation, a supplemental agreement for Meadow River Rail Trail construction, and bids for demolition projects unrelated to the flood of 2016.

The ongoing issue of pool funds between the Greenbrier County Commission and New River Community and Technical College (NRCTC) emerged once again during the Tuesday meeting, where the commission formally hired attorney Barry Bruce to help sort through the case.
